Ordering is simple! Browse our collection, choose your favorite pieces, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, head to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order. An order confirmation email will be sent to you once your purchase is finalized.

6. What is the Pre-Order Process?

At SOBU, we offer an exclusive pre-order system for select items, giving you the chance to purchase limited-edition designs at a discounted price before they are officially released.

How It Works:

  • Limited-Time Discount: During the pre-order period, you can purchase items at a special, reduced price. Once the pre-order window closes, the items will be available at full price.

  • Pre-Order Timeline: Pre-order items may take between 8 to 10 weeks to arrive from the date of purchase. This allows us time to carefully produce and inspect your exclusive item to ensure it meets our strict quality standards.

  • Shipping Notification: You will receive an email with tracking details once your pre-ordered item is dispatched.

Important Notes:

  • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items right away, while the pre-order items will be sent separately once ready.

  • Payment is processed at the time of purchase to secure your discounted pre-order price.


7. How long does shipping take?

For in-stock items, orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days for UK deliveries. International shipping times will vary depending on the destination.

For pre-ordered items, please allow 8 to 10 weeks for production and delivery.


8. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey via the courier’s website.


9. What is your returns policy?
