Returns Eligibility

 


To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

 

  • The item(s) must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • The item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.

  • For hygiene reasons, intimates, bodysuits, and swimwear are non-returnable.

  • Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

 

 


 

 

How to Return an Item

 

 

  1. Email us at support@sobu.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorisation and return instructions.

  3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

  4. Ensure the item is securely packaged — we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

 


 

 

Refund Processing

 


Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team:

 

  • If approved, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

  • Please note: Shipping fees and duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.

 

 


 

 

Fraud Prevention & Exceptions

 


SOBU maintains a strict anti-fraud policy. We reserve the right to:

 

  • Reject returns that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering.

  • Refuse refunds for items returned outside the 14-day window, or that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

  • Flag and investigate any suspicious patterns of abuse or excessive returns.

  • Pursue legal action in cases of return fraud, including chargeback abuse, counterfeit swapping, or false claims.

 


We conduct thorough checks upon receipt of every returned item. Fraudulent return attempts will result in a permanent ban from future purchases and may be escalated to legal authorities.

 


 

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 


If your item is faulty or incorrect upon arrival:

 

  • Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue.
